Line + Cleat Return Policy
We understand that occasionally items will need to be returned for different reasons and we will do our best to accommodate our customers.
If an item(s) shows up damaged or incorrect/not what was ordered (i.e. wrong color, size, or item), please send us an email (email@example.com) within 15 calendar days informing us of the matter, and we will send you a replacement or the correct item at no cost. Instances where the wrong item was sent will require the customer to send the item back undamaged and in its original packaging (shipping will be covered by Line + Cleat) and correct item sent upon receipt of the return by Line + Cleat.
If a customer wants to return an item based on their own preference (dislike color, item, or size), please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 15 calendar days informing us of the matter. We require the item(s) to be returned in its original packing with shipping cost paid at the customer’s expense. A refund of the original item cost and shipping paid at checkout will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged return. We do our best to provide accurate product listings; therefore, consideration of the products features and characteristics prior to purchase is appreciated.
