We understand that occasionally items will need to be returned for different reasons and we will do our best to accommodate our customers.

If an item(s) shows up damaged or incorrect/not what was ordered (i.e. wrong color, size, or item) within 15 calendar days of receiving the item we will send a replacement or the correct item at no cost. Instances where the wrong item was sent will require the customer to send the item back undamaged, all tags attached, and in its original packaging (shipping will be covered by Line + Cleat) and correct item sent upon receipt of the return by Line + Cleat. A return will not be issued if the "Think Safe Pamphlet" has been removed.

If a customer wants to return an item based on their own preference (dislike color, item, or size, or ordered by mistake), within 15 calendar days, of receiving the item, we require the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging (unused, tags attached) with shipping cost paid at the customer’s expense or through RE:DO return insurance. A refund will not be issued if the "Think Safe Pamphlet" has been removed. A refund of the original item cost and shipping paid at checkout will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged return. We do our best to provide accurate product listings; therefore, consideration of the products features and characteristics prior to purchase is appreciated.

Select the Re:Do option at checkout for free returns on your order. If you need to return any item, you will be provided a free label via email or QR code.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through our provider with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money!
