A new course underway...

If you are new here, welcome aboard! If not, you may have noticed that Line + Cleat has a new look, new offerings, and some fancy new photos. Although we loved brining nautical home décor to our customers for years prior, it was time for a change. And why the change you ask?? Well it's simple, I wanted to refocus our efforts on something that I had a true passion for and saw a big gap in the market that needed to be filled.

For years I complained about the unappealing look of most life jackets and UPF wear but did not have any options to go toward to make sure my children were safe out on the water and protected from the sun. Since boating and beaching are a common family outing for us, I quickly realized there was not many places for parents to turn to, who were looking for the safety they needed and the style they wanted. After almost two years in the making, I am proud to announce the new focus of Line + Cleat is here and ready to join your family for your next day on the water. 

Both Collin and I made it a top priority to work with the best in the business when it came to PFD (Personal Flotation Device) and UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) products. We wanted to offer items that were a true reflection of our personal style and the style of many of you, along with the top-notch safety that is a non-negotiable for our family. 

From our very first concept discussion about this new direction to adding the final details to our packaging, this pivot has been a labor of love for us and we are incredibly proud to bring this to market. We value each and every customer that has cheered us on and supported our many efforts that come along with building a business. I am excited for the chapter ahead and the new direction of Line + Cleat.
